How long will it take?

It depends on how many rooms and the size of the house, along with initial cleanliness.

Do I need to be home?

No, homeowners do not need to be home. If you will NOT be home at the time your service is scheduled, please make sure we have a key or code to let ourselves inside and then lock up when we leave. It IS okay if you are home (many people work from home), however please be mindful of clearing the area being serviced, wet floors after mopping and if the noise of the vacuum is going to conflict with your work space it may be better to schedule your service when you are not home.

What products will you use?

Clean & Tidy uses standard products (Clorox multi surface spray (with and without bleach), Pine Sol or Fabuloso, Windex, etc.) If you prefer plant based/all natural products, we can absolutely accommodate that, however these products are typically higher in price and will reflect in your overall quote.

What is your pricing?

The cost of your cleaning will ultimately depend on the type of service you select, how many bedrooms & bathrooms, if you have pets, and of course initial cleanliness. Pricing ranges from $0.10-$0.35 per square foot. Typically a walkthrough is scheduled first in order to visualize the space and confirm what your expectations are. It’s also a time to discuss personal preferences such as products you want used (some clients only want vinegar water on their floors) or things you do not want touched (family heirlooms or precious furniture).
