Deep cleaning services are more detailed and time-intensive, with some appointments taking up to 6.5 hours depending on the home's size, condition, and specific cleaning needs.

During your initial walkthrough, we will assess your home and provide an estimated cleaning timeframe. Our priority is to deliver a thorough, high-quality cleaning without compromising attention to detail.

Do I need to be home?

No, homeowners are not required to be present during their scheduled cleaning service. If you plan to be away, we simply ask that you provide a key, entry code, or other access instructions in advance. Our team will ensure your home is securely locked upon completion.

You are certainly welcome to remain home during your cleaning, and we understand that many clients work remotely. However, we kindly ask that you allow our team adequate space to work efficiently, remain mindful of freshly mopped floors, and consider potential noise from vacuuming and other cleaning equipment.

For the most efficient and uninterrupted cleaning experience, we recommend scheduling your service when your home is unoccupied whenever possible. This allows our team to move freely throughout the space while minimizing disruptions to your daily routine.

What products will you use?

Clean & Tidy Services provides a variety of trusted, effective cleaning products, including Clorox Multi-Surface Cleaners (with and without bleach), Pine-Sol, Fabuloso, Windex, and other professional cleaning essentials.

We understand that every household has unique preferences. If you prefer plant-based, natural, or eco-friendly cleaning products, we are happy to accommodate your request!

Please note that specialty cleaning products typically come at a higher cost, and any additional expenses will be reflected in your personalized cleaning estimate. We are happy to discuss your preferences during your initial walkthrough to ensure our services align with your household's needs.

Pricing typically ranges from $0.10–$0.35 per square foot, depending on several factors, including the type of cleaning service requested, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets/kids in the home, and the overall condition of the space.

To provide an accurate and personalized estimate, we typically schedule an in-home walkthrough. This allows us to assess the space, understand your cleaning priorities, and discuss any special requests or preferences.

We also take this opportunity to learn about your household's individual needs, such as preferred cleaning products, specific surfaces requiring special care, or personal belongings you would prefer we not handle, including family heirlooms or delicate furniture.

Our goal is to provide transparent pricing, personalized service, and a cleaning experience tailored to your home and expectations.

How do I pay?

Clean & Tidy Services offers several convenient payment options, including Venmo, Zelle, personal check, and cash. An invoice will be emailed to you following your cleaning service. Simply choose the payment method that works best for you.
